YEA CEO Malik Basintale Meets Savannah Region Staff, Targets Enhanced Program Delivery

DAMONGO, Savannah Region – The Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Malik Basintale, alongside members of the Agency’s management team, has held a strategic engagement with staff in the Savannah Region to streamline operations and bolster the Agency’s socio-economic impact.
The meeting served as a critical platform for management and regional staff to discuss improving program delivery, strengthening internal validation and payment systems, and ensuring the Agency’s initiatives effectively reach those most in need.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Basintale expressed profound gratitude to the staff, describing them as the “backbone” of the Agency’s recent milestones. He highlighted the successful engagement of over 86,000 beneficiaries nationwide within a single year as a testament to their hard work and dedication.

“Your efforts are the engine behind our success,” the CEO stated. “I urge you to continue serving as true ambassadors of the YEA by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and projecting a positive image of our mission within your respective districts.”

The Deputy CEO in charge of Operations, Abubakari Saana Abdul-Kudus, also addressed the staff, reinforcing the need for steadfast discipline. He encouraged the team to remain committed to their mandate, noting that their daily execution of duties is vital to the Agency’s broader goals.
