YEA Engages Camfed Ghana in Strategic Talks to Deepen Youth Empowerment Efforts
As part of its continued drive to build impactful partnerships that advance youth development in Ghana, the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) was pleased to host a delegation from Camfed Ghana for strategic discussions aimed at exploring areas of collaboration.
The engagement provided an important platform for both YEA and Camfed Ghana to gain deeper insight into each other’s work, with management teams delivering detailed presentations on their respective programs and impact. The discussions highlighted key areas of synergy, particularly in job creation, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and the empowerment of women and underserved communities.
At YEA, we recognize that meaningful youth development cannot be achieved in isolation. Strategic partnerships with organizations like Camfed Ghana are critical in delivering inclusive and sustainable solutions that address the pressing challenges of unemployment and economic marginalization.
We are especially encouraged by Camfed Ghana’s track record in advancing girls’ education and women’s leadership, and we see great potential in aligning our efforts to expand opportunities for young people—especially young women—across the country.
YEA remains committed to working with stakeholders across sectors to create a future where every young Ghanaian has access to skills training, decent work, and the tools needed to succeed in today’s economy. We look forward to deepening our collaboration with Camfed Ghana and co-creating innovative initiatives that reflect our shared vision of youth empowerment and national development.
